Let the voice of reason shine.

This is a great job.  As a critique something is bugging me about the right eye, even though it is kind of winking, I feel that it is not tall enough somehow, particulary on the left side of it.  I'd have to see the actual photo to be sure.  The top of the lip looks odd to me--I think the V at the top of the lip should be more horizontal, it looks like it is going up diagonally, which gives the whole top lip a weird shape.  I'm no expert though so take that with a grain of salt.  If you could double check and correct if needed, I think this drawing would be even better.  My two gil - Michael
